The day I finished this piece, Peter Tork (from The Monkees) had passed away. I have such sweet memories of coming home from school and watching The Monkees. On the show, Peter never said a word but he still had a colorful presence that endeared him to me. I was drawn to his seemingly sensitive nature during a time when it seemed so many in my world were insensitive. He always made me laugh. This one's for Peter.
